HELLO THERE.


I have worked so many places. Once it was a Chinese takeaway (I got shouted at a lot...in Chinese) Once I was a Chambermaid, once a waitress in lots of different places, and now, 3- glasses- of- red- wine- split- on -friendly -but- unassuming- customers later... Here I am. Making music.

Yes. Somewhere between cleaning linen, getting done with school and washing countless amounts of plates and coffee cups I am finally getting down to buisness, so this is me. Getting down.

My manager Fernando Gibson is the bee's knees. Bee's don't have knees but surely if they did, his lovely face would be on all of them. Former manager of Grammy award winning India. Arie him and I have been moseying our way through musical madness for a few years now, working with different producers, writers, travelling to far away lands (L.A, NY, and Nashville are all foreign to mmee from an English land) and discovering lots of home truths.

I searched high and low for lots of musical answers : who am I? what kind of music do people want me to do? what kind of music do I want to make? WILL PEOPLE LIKE IT?!?! As you can imagine, its a stressful set of questions to ask oneself.

Enter 'Restless'. I took some talented friends into a studio not far from my parents house and we recorded it with a lovely sound engineer called Rob. It's my second EP after 'Barefoot Sessions' and I am so so excited to bring it to you. It's amazing what you can achieve when you stop wondering why people are staring blankly at you and start writing your own script.
